They maintain the membership periods and fees paid and the dates of payment so that returning clients are retained in the system. You can add more attributes to these tables as you see appropriate. The registry contains information of pet owners, training course instructors and staff of the business (vets including nurses and officers). Staff can freely view the details of all users of the system. However, the instructors and vet staff should be distinguishable from pet owners whom are clients of the business. Whilst pet owners may freely register online, they only become members once a membership payment is recorded by a staff member. Staff and instructors’ records are created by a staff member and they do not have membership records. Regardless of the user, they should be able to view and edit their own details as necessary.Membership and People
